ReplyDeleteSome great tips. I think that optimizing floor space is the most important factor in any bedroom especially in urban condos or apartments. I put in a modern bunk bed in my second bedroom so I can optimize space for guests as well as have a second office.

Spring clean your house. A clean and tidy house will be easier to sell to prospective buyers. This means it will take time and effort but it'll be worth it in the end.
